By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents so as to take action against private respondents for having committed fraud with the petitioner as regards the property left by their grandfather namely Harman Singh.

Upon advance notice learned State counsel on Instructions from ASI Atma Singh, P.S. Guru Harsahai submits that civil suits pertaining to property in question involving Will dated 11.01.2016 are pending adjudication before the Civil Courts at Guru Harsahai and thus the matter being of civil nature, no criminal action is required to be taken.
