The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 26.02.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5051-2001.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner has preferred Letters Patent Appeal against the order dated 26.02.2024 passed in CWP-5051-2001 by filing LPA-1405-2025.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of LPA1405-2025. 4.
