Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the official respondents for investigation of the crime by some senior officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was lodged on 25.2.2015. However, same has not made any headway. Heard.

FIR was registered only in the end of February, 2015. There is nothing on record to show that investigation has not made any progress. Not much time has elapsed since then. There is no ground to interfere in the inherent jurisdiction.

Dismissed.
