(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that even despite service of registered notice to the appellant on 09.08.2018, for doing 'pairvi' of this appeal, he has not turned up, nor did he ever contact him. Therefore, he is helpless to comply with the order dated 02.07.2018, qua completion of service upon the respondent. He prays that the instant regular second appeal may be dismissed for want of prosecution.
