 It has been stated at bar by learned counsel for the petitioner that the complaint filed by the present petitioner against the respondent whereby he has been summoned under Sections 468, 471 IPC as well as the complaint out of which the instant petition has arisen, are pending in different Courts at Patiala. In view of the fact that out of the same very documents, two different pleas, one by the complainant in the main complaint and the other by the accused in the subsequent complaint have come up, it will be in the fitness of things if necessary directions are issued to RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.07.07 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



 

 both the courts dealing with these complaints to ensure that both the complaints are tried together.

To facilitate this, the District & Sessions Judge, Patiala is directed to transfer both the complaints before the same Court in case they are pending before different courts.
