******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 104 dated 15.06.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364-A, 506, 411 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code (Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Trafficking Act, 2012 added later on) at Police Station Bawa Khel, Jalandhar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 17.07.2017.

CRM-M-16984-2017 -2However, she has been summoned by the trial Court on the application of prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to face trial as an additional accused. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail, this petition is allowed and the order dated 17.07.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. In the event of her non-appearance on any date, the trial Court will be competent to cancel her bail and forfeit the bail bond and surety bond and take the petitioner into custody.
