**** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 13 dated 13.1.2016 under Sections 408, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station PGIMS, Rohtak.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated May 31, 2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajbir Singh, does not dispute the aforesaid fact and states that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required at this stage. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and conclusion of trial is likely to take sufficient long time, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.05.2017 is Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2017.08.31 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh made absolute.
