Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case bearing FIR No.937 dated 22.12.2012 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar Karnal, Sukhwinder Singh son of Bhupender Singh was declared proclaimed offender. The petitioner is now supplying the address of Sukhwinder Singh to the police and informed that he is residing in Australia. A representation (Annexure P-5) was also made to the police but no action has been taken so far. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to look into the representation (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law on receipt of certified copy of this order and representation in his office.
