***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as all the PWs stand examined and the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for 27.5.2024 for recording statements of accused in terms of provisions of Section 313 Cr.P.C.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is however directed to take necessary steps for expeditious conclusion of the trial provided the defence counsel renders utmost cooperation for the same.
