The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the action of the respondents where the Advertisement dated 17.02.2024 has been issued for the post of Principal and for allowing the petitioner to continue as Principal on Regular Basis. 2.

Faced with the fact that since the dispute inter se the Management and employee-petitioner, falls within the jurisdiction of the Educational Tribunal in terms of The Punjab Privately Managed Recognised Schools Employees (Security of Service) Act, 1979, as amended on 11.12.2013, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to raise the pleas before the concerned Tribunal. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
