Complaining the violation of judgment and decree passed on 08.05.2014, which was corrected on 18.10.2019, the petitioners have filed this petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1971 Act"). The Additional District Judge has decided the property dispute between the parties. The petitioners complain that the aforesaid order, passed by the High Court, has not been properly implemented by the authorities in the revenue record. 2.

If the authorities have failed to implement the order passed by the Civil Court, the petitioners have a remedy of filing another suit. The Civil Court had decided the dispute between the private parties. The revenue authorities are required to implement the same in the revenue record.
