However, counsel for the State submits that except the above mentioned criminal history, petitioner has more FIRs pending against him, which he has not mentioned. 4.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh by mentioning all criminal cases pending anywhere in India including status thereof.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. It is clarified that power of attorney filed in the present case shall suffice and there shall be no need to file fresh power of attorney in the fresh petition, if filed and Registry shall not raise any objection. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
