       Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.01 dated 15.01.2020, registered at Police Station R.P.F. Post Sirhind, under Section 3 RP (U.P.) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the police authorities after two weeks, and accordingly, seeks the indulgence of this Court to protect the petitioner till then.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the interim order dated 05.03.2020 shall continue to operate till 17.12.2021 only, and the petitioner shall surrender before the police authorities on 18.12.2021.
