SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 6, father and other relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 19.05.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Saima Kousser is 02.03.1996 as per copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and year of birth of petitioner No.2-Mohammad Riyaz is 1985 as per copy of Voter Identity Card (Annexure P-2). They got married (performed Nikah) vide Nikahnama (Annexure P-3) on 18.5.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4. CRM-M-16974-2015 -2marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot to look into the representation dated 19.05.2015 (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of certified copy of this order along with representation in his office.
