The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

State's counsel, on instructions from ASI Gulshan Kumar, opposes the present petition on the ground that the trial is at the fag end. 3.

Petitioner's counsel submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, with a direction to the State not to seek any adjournment before the trial Court.

Upon this, State's counsel submits that they would not seek any adjournment to delay the trial.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, having been withdrawn. Parties are requested not to seek any adjournment to delay the trial. Trial Court to expedite the trial.
