******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 72 dated 29.05.2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Siwani, District Bhiwani. (Offence punishable under Section 307 IPC was added later on).

Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and have been released on interim bail on their furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of investigating officer. The investigation is still in progress. However, custodial interrogation of Jitender Kumar 2017.07.17 16:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CHANDIGARH

CRM-M-17047 of 2017 -2petitioners is no more required for further investigation. In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, these petitions are allowed and orders dated 15.05.2017 and 02.06.2017 passed in respective petitions are made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
