H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Notice issued for service of the parties received back with the report that appellants No. 1 and 4 are duly served. There is no representation their behalf.

Appellants No. 2, 3 and 5 have died. No LR of such appellants has approached this Court for being brought on record in place of such appellants. Counsel who had been appearing earlier on behalf of the appellant has not appeared in the Court on the last date of hearing and he is not present even today.

Under the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, liberty is granted to the LRs of such deceased appellants to approach the Court for revival of the proceedings, in case any cause of action still survives.
