SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 7, mother and brothers of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 18.05.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by petitioner No.1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Jyoti is 20.04.1986 as per copy of PAN Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Aarevish is 14.10.1985 as per copy of Voter Identity Card (Annexure P-2). They got married (performed Nikah) on 11.05.2015 vide Nikahnama(Annexure P-3). Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-4. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.05.26 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
