Mr.Pawan Sharda, Sr.DAG, Punjab **** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner, in his second attempt, seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.13 dated 16.02.20215, registered under Sections 394, 397 IPC, Sections 396, 302, 120-B IPC (added later on) and Sections 25/ 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Fazilka District Fazilka.

Earlier CRM-M No. 19613 of 2021 filed by the petitioner was got dismissed as withdrawn on 12.07.2021, when learned State counsel submitted before the Court that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and now the case is fixed for defence evidence before the trial Court. Learned State counsel submits that now 02.04.2022 is the date fixed before the trial Court and the trial Court in all probability may pass an appropriate order on the date fixed.
