HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI Present:- Mr. Jagjeet Beniwal, Advocate, for the petitioner. RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) The petitioner was selected and appointed on the post of EMT in the year 2013 and his contract was extended from time to time. But he was relieved on 04.07.2016.

However, the present petition has been filed in the year 2020 and learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to explain the delay in filing the present writ petition.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to the extent that directions be issued to the respondents to consider his case to allow him to join the duty by renewal of his contract of service.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 2 to look into the case of the petitioner afresh in accordance with law, as per letter dated 22.03.2019.
