Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, prays for passing of the same order as has been passed in Gurmukh Singh v. State of Haryana (Criminal Misc. No. M-25486 of 2020) on 08.03.2021. He points out that Gurmukh Singh is a co-accused of the petitioner. Since the Co-ordinate Bench has already passed an order requesting the trial Court to make a sincere endeavour for disposal of the trial within a period of six month, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
