(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.228 dated 02.08.2022 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 341, 452 and 506 of IPC at P.S. Saha, District Ambala. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 04.03.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 04.03.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.

Disposed of accordingly.
