Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned promotion order dated 13.07.2018 (P-7) qua respondent No.5 vide which she was promoted to the post of English Mistress.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 25.11.2020 (R-1).
