JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 100 dated 24.12.2016 under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station City Mansa, District Mansa.

During the pendency of the instant petition, the matter was referred for mediation which has been successful. In terms of the said compromise arrived at between the parties a sum of Rs. 6.5 lacs is to be paid by the petitioner to the complainant as full and final settlement and the parties herein are supposed to file a petition for grant of divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
