JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.82 dated 08.7.2014 under Sections 304-B/406/34 IPC registered with P.S Rohadai, Rewari on behalf of mother-in-law.

At the time of hearing, learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Anil Kumar, points out that the present petition has become infructuous as the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 07.09.2015 has acquitted the petitioner of the crime.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed as having been rendered infructuous.
