Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against respondents Naib Singh and State of Haryana for directing official respondents to register a case under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC against respondent Naib Singh s/o Hardev Singh village Ghukanwali, P.O. Panniwala Mota, Tehsil Dabwali, District Sirsa. At the time of arguments, petitioner argued that respondent Naib Singh has committed forgery and cheating with the trial Court by giving false statement in the Court.

I have heard the petitioner-in-person and have gone through the record.
