This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 17.12.1998 and 18.08.1999. 2.
Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite various communications to the petitioner, no fresh instructions are forthcoming. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, however, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek revival of this Writ Petition, if any of his grievance still subsists. 4.
