(Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to refer the industrial dispute as raised vide demand notice dated 22.07.2021 (Annexure P-7) to the Industrial tribunal, Patiala in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 as well as the Industrial Disputes (Punjab) Rules, 1958. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance raised in this writ petition by the petitioner-Union stands redressed, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw this writ petition. The prayer is accepted.
