Petitioner has prayed for protection of life and liberty as he is being harassed by respondent no. 4.

Assistance of the State counsel was sought on the last date of hearing. He, on instructions from ASI Ram Kishan, who is present in court, at the outset submits that petitioner was called to the police station once for certain queries regarding elopement of daughter of respondent no. 6. He is not required any longer.

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
