Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the trial court and seek regular bail.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case, petitioner appears before the trial court within a week from today and applies for regular bail, it shall be decided within two days thereafter.
