SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 6, parents and brother of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 17.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) made by petitioner No.1. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Prema Devi is 15.06.1997 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Ram Singh is 05.08.1992 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 17.01.2017 Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to look into the representation dated Sachin Mehta 2017.01.19 15:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
