**** The aforementioned appeals were disposed of on 16.02.2018. It has been reported by the office that inadvertently, the date of decision in the end of the order sheet i.e. at page No.17, has wrongly been mentioned as February 16, 2016 instead of February 16, 2018. The mistake appears to be typographical and inadvertent. Accordingly, the date of the decision i.e. February 16, 2016, at the place, wherever, it occurs in the order, be read as February 16, 2018.

However, learned counsel for the appellants submits that certain typographical errors have been occurred in the order dated 16.02.2018 i.e. at 3rd page of the order sheet, in para 2, date of auction has wrongly been mentioned as 23.12.1984, whereas it should have been 23.12.1964 and at 7th page, in para 3, due to inadvertence, learned counsel for the appellants has been mentioned instead of respondents. The mistake appears to be typographical and inadvertent.

Ordered accordingly, the date of auction be read as 23.12.1964 at page 3 and learned counsel for the appellants be read as learned counsel for the respondents at page 7 of the order sheet.
