   Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not appear before the learned trial Court due to certain reasons and seeks time to put in appearance before the learned trial Court in compliance of orders passed by this Court.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel and gone through the record. From the record, I find that vide order dated 15.05.2017, passed by this Court in CRM No.M-17091 of 2017, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner with a specific condition to appear before the learned trial Court within a period of one week and vide order dated 25.05.2017, passed by this Court in CRM No.M-18935 of 2017, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner with a specific condition to appear before the learned trial Court on or before 06.06.2017. However, the petitioners failed to comply with the aforesaid orders passed by this Court. Therefore, the petitioners are entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in these instant petitions, the same are dismissed.
