*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner-Rashpal Singh has filed this petition seeking regular bail in case FIR No.34 dated 09.03.2015, under Section 21 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station C-Division, District Amritsar City.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbhajan Singh has apprised the Court that the said FIR No.34 dated 09.03.2015 has ended in conviction of the petitioner vide judgment dated 19.03.2019. In view of this, the present petition for grant of regular bail is rendered infructuous.
