(ORAL) Present revision petition herein is for setting aside impugned order dated 23.12.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Zira/ Executing Court whereby execution petition filed by petitioner-defendants No.1 & 2 was dismissed. Further, prayer has been made to direct learned Executing Court to decide the execution petition in view of compromise Ex.CX dated 29.11.2014 (Annexure P-2) as well as Award dated 06.12.2014 (Annexure P-3) 2.

On a court query, at the outset, learned counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw instant revision petition for taking corrective measures to obtain a compromise decree based on the settlement arrived between parties before the Lok Adalat.
