Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.' for short) for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate action against respondents No.5 to 14 under Sections 154 to 173 (Chapter XII) Cr.P.C in FIR No.5 dated 04.05.2013, under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station NRI, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Paramjit Singh, has submitted that the challan has been prepared in this case and will be presented in the

CRM-M-17098-2014 Court within six weeks from today.

In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, no ground for further interference by this court is called for.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
