The instant writ petition is a misconceived motion inasmuch as the petitioner has straightaway accessed this Court, without taking recourse to the remedy available before the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, as created by the distributor licensee concerned. Hence, the petitioner is relegated to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for agitating her claim, as raised before this Court. 2.

Disposed of accordingly.
