Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Omwati in complaint case no.89/2014 dated 4.2.2014 under Sections 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending in the Court of JMIC,Gurgaon for a dishonoured cheque amounting to Rs.75 lacs. Petitioner was declared a PO on 5.12.2014 and concededly her co-accused husband also stands declared a PO. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
