RAJIV SHARMA,J By way of instituting this petition, the petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide passage to the plot No.B-XX-78 in which he is residing through Plot No.BXX-77/445 apart from restraining the respondents from disposing of the property situated at Plot No.B-XX-77/445.

It is discernible from the perusal of paper book that the rights of the petitioner qua path have already been determined by the trial Court in Civil Suit No.4574 of 2018 filed by the petitioner vide order dated 03.09.2019 (P.2). In case, the petitioner is aggrieved, she can file execution petition.

The writ petition is ordered to be dismissed being devoid of merit.
