The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 27.01.2000 (Annexure P/8) passed by Labour Court. The Labour Court by impugned order has dismissed his application under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act. He was seeking back wages and Labour Court has dismissed his application on the ground of limitation. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that with the efflux of time, the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter.
