The second bail petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, pending trial in case FIR No. 90 dated 01.07.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 21(c), and 21, 27-A and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act, 1985, added later on, at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
