(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.111 dated 26.08.2010, under Sections 307, 452, 382, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, Police Station Division No.2, Jalandhar (P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-2). Pursuant to order dated 22.01.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 02.03.2019 along with receipt of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.61/2019 dated 02.03.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide Endst. No.640G/JRK dated 05.03.2019. According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, SONIKA 2019.03.18 18:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-18011 of 2018 --2-- Jalandhar is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is voluntary, genuine and without any pressure or undue influence. The statements of parties are bonafide and are not result of any threat and coercion.

Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar dated 02.03.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.111 dated 26.08.2010 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only.

Disposed of accordingly.
