The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.229 dated 28.4.2017, under Sections 323 read with Section 34, 342, 506 of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani, on the basis of settlement/compromise having been effected amongst the parties. Vide order dated 25.4.2018, the parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court for getting their statements recorded as regards the genuineness of the compromise. Report of the trial Court had been received wherein it is stated that the statement of complainant Inder Singh and his son Rakesh Kumar had been recorded. Inder Singh categorically stated that the matter has been compromised between his son Rakesh and his wife Monika as well as with the other accused. To a similar effect is the statement of Rakesh Kumar son of the complainant Inder Singh. Rakesh Kumar further stated that he is Kamal Kumar 2018.07.06 11:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CRM-M No.17121 of 2017 living with his wife Monika. The learned Trial Court in its report has opined that the compromise arrived at between the parties is genuine and without any undue influence or coercion.

In view of the aforesaid position, this Court is satisfied that the matter has been resolved amicably.
