**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are not being paid their salary so far. The further prayer of the petitioners is that the petitioner should not be replaced with any contractual employee by the respondents. .

As per the reply filed by the respondents, the salary of the petitioners upto 29.02.2020 has already been deposited in the respective bank accounts of the petitioners and the petitioners are not in service w.e.f. 01.03.2020 on-wards.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the said stand taken by respondents-state in the reply recorded herein above, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to challenge their replacement by another batch of contractual employees, by filing of an appropriate petition.

Ordered accordingly.
