(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.58 dated 06.10.2016 registered under Sections 323, 324, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 326 and 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.
