(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition, is seeking setting aside of order dated 21.1.2020 whereby Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram has granted interim maintenance of Rs. 2,00,000/- per month to respondents i.e. wife and daughter of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that matter has been settled between the parties and for the said purpose, a compromise dated 16.1.2023 has been executed. The compromise deed was filed with the Mediator, Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

In view of the fact that parties have compromised the matter and no dispute survives, order dated 21.1.2020 passed by PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.01.18 18:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRR(F)-282 of 2022 (O&M) -2Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Gurugram is hereby set aside.

The main petition at this stage is disposed of with liberty to the parties to file appropriate application, if compromise fails between the parties.
