Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.14 dated 1.10.2025, under Sections 126(2), 318(4), 79 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 66-C, 66-D and 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Gurdaspur, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

Since the FIR in question itself stands quashed by this Court vide order of even date i.e. 22.4.2026 passed in CRM-M No.12152 of 2026, the petition in hand has been rendered infructuous. 3.
