Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution praying for issuance of directions to the official respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 (2) Notice of motion to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 at this stage. (3) At this stage, Ms. Manjot Kaur, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Learned State Counsel, in view of the Standard Operating Procedure/Instructions dated 23.01.2025, issued by the Government of Punjab and after obtaining instructions from 1 to 3 the quarter concerned, apprised the Court that petitioners can approach the Authorities concerned on Mobile No. 98760-06364 i.e. available 24 x 7, "Sakhi One Stop Centre", Near Janoshdhi Kendra, Civil Hospital, Phase-6, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.
