The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 13.12.2021, Annexure P-4 passed by respondent No.2 and writ in the nature of mandamus, for directing the respondents to accept the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition.
