(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed through Smt. Krishna Biswas as general power of attorney of her husband petitioner-Samir Biswas. Now, the aforesaid general power of attorney seeks to withdraw this writ petition. Smt. Krishna Biswas is also present in the Court and has been identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to Aadhaar Card.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
